My wife and I selected Arias Reno’s and Co. to remodel our kitchen and we are exceedingly happy about the work and time frame it was finished in! One of the best things about this company is they were able to work with us and ensure we didn't exceed our budget limit and there were no "surprise" costs that you usually hear about other workers. When the work got started, they were able to knock down a wall to open up the kitchen, get most of the demo work done in under a couple of days. End to End most of the work was complete in a 4-week period which was outstanding to us! This was the second job I hired Arias for. Our bathroom remodel had a tight schedule with tenants out of the home and we ran into a few unexpected big issues. They were handled incredibly well, and I was completely blown away by the integrity of the work done and customer service given. I’ve hired many contractors that leave a huge mess and don’t even recognize it, but Carlos and his team were diligent in cleaning daily at the end of each work day. The attention to detail is top notch and knowing the correct materials are used such as pressure treated lumber, vapor barrier and pvc trim in a low crawl space bathroom without me even saying anything showed me I’ll trust Arias with my future business, and you should as well.

He suggested we purchase a firepit to save on cost and we used those extra funds to build a shed. My family loves the yard now and they actually go outside to use it, which we never did before.
